We are a luxury bespoke brand — each piece is custom-made and quality-checked. Quick guidance on returns, alterations and cancellations.

Do you accept returns on custom orders?
Answer: No. All custom-made pieces are subject to a zero-returns policy. Because each item is crafted to your specifications, returns and exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.
What if my item is damaged during transit?
Answer: We are not liable for damage caused during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately via the Contact form or call +91-8951888518 (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 IST) for guidance.
Can I request alterations if the fit is not right?
Answer: Yes. Alterations for fit issues are available if requested within 3 days of delivery. We will provide next steps for shipping the item back to us and for handling the alteration.
How do I request an alteration?
Answer: To request an alteration, either:
  • Submit a message via the Contact form on our website;
  • Or call Customer Care at +91-8951888518 (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00 IST).
We aim to respond promptly and provide shipping instructions for the alteration.
How do I cancel an order as a customer?
Answer: Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. We may accept or reject cancellation requests at our discretion. If a valid request is received and the order has not been processed, we will cancel and refund the full amount.
What if my order has already been processed?
Answer: If the order has already been processed or produced (as determined by us), cancellation may be refused. For cancellations submitted after the 12-hour window, our standard refund policy will apply.
When will I receive a refund if my order is cancelled?
Answer: Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 10 working days or sooner to your Card/Bank account after cancellation confirmation.
Can you cancel orders on your side?
Answer: Yes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons may include limited stock, pricing or product information errors, quality defects, or the need for additional verification. If we cancel an order already paid for, the amount charged will be reversed to your Card/Bank account.
