• Blazers & suits: 3 weeks (made-to-measure).
• Dispatch commitment: Orders typically dispatched within 24 hours, or within 48 hours during sale periods.
• Domestic estimates: Tier 1 & 2 — 2–3 business days; Tier 3 & 4 — 4–5 business days (SpeedPost).
• International estimates: 7–10 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Answer: Yes. Each purchase is insured while in transit until it is delivered to the specified delivery address. A valid signature is required on delivery; responsibility passes to the recipient on signature. If you nominate a third-party recipient, their signature constitutes proof of delivery and transfer of responsibility. 

Answer: We reserve the right to deliver goods by instalments. Each instalment is treated as a separate contract. Failure to deliver one instalment does not allow you to repudiate the entire order.

Answer: If you fail to take delivery of goods, we may (at our discretion) charge additional shipping costs. Repeated failure to accept delivery may lead to order cancellation and related charges.
